Jennifer Schenck

I have worked in the mental health field since 1997, beginning my career as a behavioral health registered nurse in both civilian practice and the U.S. Army. In 2008, I became a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner through the Army’s Long Term Health Education Program and spent much of my career providing care for active duty adult populations.

After retiring from the Army with nearly 22 years of service, I opened my practice in Swansea, where I practiced for four years before moving to our current location on December 1, 2025. My business partner and I are excited about the continued growth of the practice, including plans to expand services with a Spravato treatment clinic.

My focus is psychiatric medication management with a medical perspective that considers the whole person and their history when developing a care plan. I believe in working collaboratively with patients to create treatment plans that support their overall health and wellbeing.

Rachel Morgan

My mission is to help people live the lives they want by meeting them where they are and equipping them with the tools they need to continue their journey. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker licensed in Illinois and Missouri with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field and I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional II.

I am trained in CBT, Brief Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Acute and Chronic Pain, Brief Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia, Suicide Risk Assessment, EMDR, and working with military members and their families.

There are many reasons someone begins therapy. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, work-related issues, family conflict, marital challenges, loss, and pain management. My approach focuses on providing a safe and supportive space where we work together to identify barriers, recognize strengths, and develop practical skills to manage thoughts, behaviors, and symptoms.

Starting therapy can feel difficult, especially if past experiences were not the right fit. I invite you to reach out and explore a different approach that supports self-acceptance, personal growth, and an improved quality of life.
